We're happy that you're here! We offer a variety of aerial and acrobatic classes with options for all levels. Not sure what class is right for you? Check out the youth or adult flowcharts below to get started and please reach out with any questions.
The majority of our classes run for a series of six to eight weeks, which allows us to provide sequential curriculum and helps our students progress most effectively. We also offer a handful of adult drop-in classes, like Circus Curious, Aerial Fitness and Aerial Yoga. These classes are appropriate for multiple levels and are a great way to try out something new or keep your schedule flexible.
Which aerial class should I start with? We offer two entry-level aerial classes for adults: Absolute Beginner Aerial and Aerial Fundamentals 1. These are both appropriate for students with no circus or aerial experience. Absolute Beginner Aerial is intended for the student with little-to-no fitness experience. It will progress at a slower pace and give enough time for modifications and progressions as it develops foundational strength and body awareness. Aerial Fundamentals is most appropriate for students with some fitness experience, but no little-to-no aerial vocabulary.
We provide sequentially difficult series classes as students develop skill and vocabulary. After completing an entry-level class, you may get coach approval to move up to the next series, if you’re interested. There are certain skill requirements that you must be able to demonstrate in order to be approved to move up. Assessments are $25 and take 30 minutes.
