Online Registration

All students (and parents/guardians of children under 18) must register online and sign a waiver in order to participate.

If you are registering for a class on behalf of a participant under the age of 18, please be sure to register under the participant's name, not your own. Use the appropriate birthdate on the participant's Mindbody account to prevent registration errors.

If you are interested in starting out in a non-entry level class, please contact us for an assessment. They are $25 for 30-minutes with one of our top coaches.

Waitlist Policy

If the class you'd like to register for is full, we will gladly add you to the waitlist. Should a spot become available in the class, we will notify you and ask if you still want to enroll. You will have 48 hours to claim your spot in the class before your spot is given to the next person on the waitlist.

WE DO NOT OFFER MAKE-UP CLASSES.  We do appreciate knowing in advance if students will not be able to attend (either by phone or email).  We will do our best to reschedule any classes that are cancelled due to weather.

WE HAVE A FIRM 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for all drop-in classes and private lessons.

Fragrance Policy

We request that all students and visitors do not use synthetic fragrances such as perfume or cologne while in our studio. Unscented deodorant, soap, lotion or other personal care products are welcome. Natural products scented with essential oils are also permitted. The Circus Project uses only natural and unscented cleaning products. Basic personal care products are available in the restroom for your use. This policy is for the health and safety of our community members with multiple chemical sensitivities.

What to wear/bring

  1. Form fitting, stretchy clothing that covers the full legs, belly and armpits to protect the skin and avoid getting caught.

  2. Please do not wear tights with feet, jewelry, or clothing with zippers, buttons, or metal that could catch on fabric.

  3. Please wear deodorant. Sweat and stink is part of the circus, however both out of respect for others and the equipment, preventative measures are deeply appreciated.

  4. Please bring a water bottle to rehydrate, we do have filtered water on our sink for filling.

Circus Project Staff Providing Transportation to Minors Policy

Circus Project staff are not to be alone with a minor except for these extenuating circumstances.

  1. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing or finding transportation for students first and foremost

  2. Should a student under 18 need a ride, in the case of an emergency or if it seems they will not otherwise be able to get home safely:

    1. Circus Project staff member will call parent/guardian for approval

    2. If the parent/guardian does not answer leave a message stating the situation and plan

    3. Before making the drive notify the Education Director or Manager via text of the need and plan for a student to get a ride home with a staff member or student.

    4. The Education Director or Manager will follow up with the parents/guardians to discuss plans for future rides

    5. If the coach is aware of another student offering  to give a ride to the minor the above protocol should be followed as well.

Parents, guests & family members

It is your choice to either stay and observe your child's class or return for pick-up when class has finished. We have seating in our mezzanine which is the area designated for observing classes or waiting for students.
